Actor Ingo Rademacher, who appeared connected the ABC soap opera "General Hospital" for astir 25 years, has filed a suit against the web implicit its vaccine mandate.

Rademacher near the amusement successful November aft refusing to comply with the mandate.

According to Variety, Rademacher, who played Jax connected the show, was denied a spiritual exemption.

"Questioning the sincerity of one’s spiritual beliefs successful bid to contradict a petition for an exemption to the Covid Vaccine Mandate constitutes spiritual favoritism and violates national and authorities civilian rights laws," the ailment says, according to USA Today.

Rademacher has been outspoken against vaccine mandates. Prior to leaving the show, helium posted connected Instagram that helium would "stand with you to combat for aesculapian freedom."

ABC has not commented connected the lawsuit.
