CHICAGO (AP) — A justice successful Chicago has denied a last-ditch effort to disregard a transgression lawsuit against histrion Jussie Smollett.

Smollett is accused of lying to constabulary erstwhile helium reported that 2 masked men attacked him successful downtown Chicago successful January 2019.
