According to PEOPLE, Stephen Walter is pleading blameworthy to distributing fentanyl and could look up to 20 years successful prison.

Prosecutors allege that Walter was portion of a proviso concatenation and intentionally provided counterfeit oxycodone pills that would beryllium fixed to Miller's cause dealer.

Miller died of an overdose successful 2018.
