TULSA, Okla. — Oklahoma decease enactment inmate Bigler Stouffer filed a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court connected Tuesday to enactment his execution.

Stouffer is sentenced to decease for the 1985 execution of Putnam City teacher Linda Reaves and the shooting of Doug Ivens.
