TULSA, Okla. — Pasta e Fagioli (Hearty Italian pasta and legume soup)

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oregon canola oil

  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ spoon crushed achromatic pepper
  • 1.5 cups full wheat pasta of your prime (ditali oregon ditalini is traditional!)

Directions:
